What type of companies do we supply to?
We supply all sorts of business types ranging from accountants, recruitment agencies & design agencies through to manufacturing, fabrication and construction companies. Most of our customers are based in the Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley area. In each case the customer has office based staff that require our services during the working week.
Office staff numbers in each company range from just a couple of people up to over fifty plus.
How does it all work?
Companies approach us to outsource their IT support requirements, VoIP telephone systems or both. In the case of IT support, we draw up a support agreement with guaranteed response times and other added benefits. We are a small team that operates from an office to support all aspects of a customers IT and telephone systems.There is always someone in the office during working hours to ensure all calls and emails into the business are handled. Most requests we receive are dealt with there and then, either over the phone or via remote access support software while the customer is on the line.
If something cannot be resolved there and then, it usually involves a trip out in one of our vans to the customers premises to fix the issue hands on.
